Emergency Brake Light (Auto Hazards) Explained
Automatically flashes your hazard lights or brake light rapidly during hard braking, warning traffic behind.

When the system detects genuinely hard, sudden braking, it automatically flashes the brake light rapidly, or triggers the hazard lights, giving following traffic extra warning that something urgent is happening.
How it works
An accelerometer or the ABS system detects deceleration rates well beyond normal braking. Once that threshold is crossed, the light control module overrides the normal steady brake light with a rapid flash until the bike stops or braking eases.
You won't notice it from the saddle at all — it's entirely for the benefit of whoever's behind you, buying them a fraction more reaction time in a genuine emergency stop.
